A service request created by you is logged into the system by our technical support team. You can place this request preferably by send us an email at [email protected] or through a call directed to your account manager. Once a request is placed by you, our technical support team will:

  • Log the problem including the call priority.
  • Note the time and date the problem was received
  • Identify the most effective solution OR pass the ServiceRequest to the appropriate specialist technical support.
  • Report to the customer about a brief summary of the solution to the problemand time required to resolve the problem.
  • Monitor the Service Request until it is resolved

Service Request Prioritization

At the time of placing the request, you can define its priority and the level of impact it has on your application or users. Else our technical support team will automatically assign a priority for the request placed by you.

Execution at shop floor

If you are already subscribed to a website maintenance package our technical team will execute the support request post analysis. In case there are changes required which attract a financial consideration a mail will be shot back to you by the technical team for an approval over the same. In case you are not subscribed to any website maintenance package then the team will send you a financial quote for getting this request executed. You can at that time either stick to the financial proposal provided for the support request or subscribe to a website maintenance package of your choice.

  • Updates are usually done within 2 to 24 hours (except holidays and weekends).
  • Although we make every effort to make accurate changes, we would request you to review updates and notify us of any necessary changes that need to be made. We do not charge for changes that are our fault. However, if a change needs to be made due to client error, the regular hourly update fees will be charged.
  • “Maintenance” is defined as keeping the website current. Website Maintenance is not intended to be a redesign or revamp.
  • We reserve the right to distinguish between “updates” and “new design”. New design work is charged at our website design rate.
  • Updates should be provided electronically (by email) as much as possible.
